Draft terms — not yet in force
The public site is educational. The live registry controls current credential status. Users may not interfere with security, impersonate others, upload unlawful or unnecessary sensitive data, misuse the mark, or imply that application, pilot participation, payment, sponsorship, or a copied badge equals certification. These are draft working terms. Governing law, dispute, warranty and liability terms are not settled and will be published once the legal entity exists.

Clean Play publishes its current stage, limitations, data boundaries, and corrections. No page should imply a filing, status, registration, accreditation, audit, or technical control that has not actually been completed.
