Independent oversight

A board or delegated body controls mission, standard versions, conflicts, certification scheme, finance, security, and launch gates.

Separated decisions

The sole technical reviewer is not the sole final decision maker. One person cannot both prepare and approve credential issuance.

No pay-to-pass

Case decisions are recorded before billing. Sponsors, donors, founders, and fee payers do not control outcomes.
